Hi, I’m Rachel, the Founder of Streamline Virtual Assistant (VA) Services and a multi-award-winning Virtual Assistant. I’m also a proud Fellow member of the Institute of Administrative Management.
I have over 23 years of knowledge and experience in business administration and office management.
I have a corporate background predominantly with the NHS supporting Board level Executives, leading a team of Executive Personal Assistants and Administrators.
Streamline VA Services was founded in 2016 with a desire to help busy professionals and business owners to succeed and grow, offering them the freedom to focus their attention on what they do best, both in business and in life!
I’m a stickler for effective communication, quality customer service, and am slightly obsessed with processes.
Rachel provided administrative leadership, personal assistance and organisational ‘know-how’ to me, a busy executive team and Board of Directors for 9 years. her knowledge, skills and personality are critical elements of her friendly, efficient and highly effective service. She is a highly trained professional and a dedicated assistant who is passionate about the benefits of good support. Without Rachel, I couldnot have done my job, simple as!

Hazel Spencer
Hazel has a wide range of administration and communication skills and specialises in digital media.
Hazel has a wide range of administration and communication skills having worked in various positions for a Building Society for 12 years, as well as gaining qualifications in Microsoft Office programmes and LEAN processes. Hazel has worked with a variety of business owners and business types providing tailored admin support, from email management to online research.
Hazel has a creative mindset and analytical skills and specialises in Social Media Management.
When she isn’t reading up on the latest digital marketing trends you can find her enjoying walks in the Yorkshire Dales with her two children.
Dee Fagg
Dee offers a range of office support services, whilst specialising in creating branded documents
Extremely organised and logical, much of Dee’s expertise is in simplifying and improving process and developing systems to improve customer service. She often works on short term projects establishing Customer Relationship Management systems as well as providing more general virtual office assistance.
She specialises in producing branded documents that present a professional image to your customers and help to make sense of data with reports and spreadsheet dashboards. From employee handbooks, meeting agenda templates and process workflow diagrams to client reports and proposal templates, Dee is all over it.
Dee enjoys, reading, walking and taking part in the odd pub quiz.
Samantha Collett
Samantha is an experienced Personal Assistant (PA) with over 7-years’ experience.
She has previously worked with Founders and Directors of management consultancies, within financial services and for one of the largest leading global marketing groups assisting the Global Head of M&A, the Global Head of Integration and the Head of Investor Relations. Wow!
Prior to becoming a PA, Samantha spent 8 years working in the Third Sector as an Account Manager at Pell and Bales, setting up and managing several fundraising accounts for various charitable organisations.
Samantha is known for having a “CAN DO” attitude with a great team spirit, and always approaches things with a smile on her face. She is extremely proactive and super organised and is always looking at ways to be more efficient.
Outside of taking care and looking after the diary madness, Samantha is a keen singer and you’ll will often find her making tunes in the studio. Equally, she loves to travel the world and has a huge passion for food and experiencing new cultures.
