Hi, I’m Rachel, the Founder of Streamline Virtual Assistant (VA) Services and a multi-award-winning Virtual Assistant. I’m also a proud Fellow member of the Institute of Administrative Management.
I have over 23 years of knowledge and experience in business administration and office management.
I have a corporate background predominantly with the NHS supporting Board level Executives, leading a team of Executive Personal Assistants and Administrators.
Streamline VA Services was founded in 2016 with a desire to help busy professionals and business owners to succeed and grow, offering them the freedom to focus their attention on what they do best, both in business and in life!
I’m a stickler for effective communication, quality customer service, and am slightly obsessed with processes.
Rachel provided administrative leadership, personal assistance and organisational ‘know-how’ to me, a busy executive team and Board of Directors for 9 years. her knowledge, skills and personality are critical elements of her friendly, efficient and highly effective service. She is a highly trained professional and a dedicated assistant who is passionate about the benefits of good support. Without Rachel, I could not have done my job, simple as!

Hazel has a wide range of administration and communication skills and specialises in digital media.
Hazel has a wide range of administration and communication skills having worked in various positions for a Building Society for 12 years, as well as gaining qualifications in Microsoft Office programmes and LEAN processes. Hazel has worked with a variety of business owners and business types providing tailored admin support, from email management to online research.
Hazel has a creative mindset and analytical skills and specialises in Social Media Management.
When she isn’t reading up on the latest digital marketing trends you can find her enjoying walks in the Yorkshire Dales with her two children.
